Haha yeah I hate that, and yeah well have a shake, :) but definitely start doing weights, even if you don’t do them take a shake because it’s still good and you’re hungry so why not? and yeah you have to just make sure you’re still re-fueling your body! Otherwise your body will start eating into your muscle and taking away the nutrients in your body opposed to the bad fats and the carbs!
And protein shakes generally taste really nice, I’d recommend chocolate though :) and if you’re ever super low on cals, enjoy a chilled one with skim milk :) Yum :) you can buy them at shops also! Which I find handy when I’m out and haven’t packed one :)

Oh yep I know what programs you mean, if you ever get bored of them- try doing like level 10 (if you can) ( I can’t tell because no idea what your body looks like) and go up and down according to how worn out you feel. And I have a protein shake within 20 minutes of a workout- if you ate before hand and shouldn’t be hungry but are (which I also get) Try having like 2 large glasses of water- still hungry, go for gold, have a banana or piece of fruit till your next proper meal :)
Yeah I find that I feel motivated now (even if I am bored out of my brains) to reach a particular amount of calories. This week my goal has been 600 calories 4/5 days a week, the rest no specific amount :) So yeah calories keep me motivated whilst at gym :)
Protein shakes are a must I think- they are easy- really good for after weights and I would recommend WPI- Whey protein Isolate- basically it’s just protein that gets into your muscles faster then normal protein (you can buy this anywhere you can buy normal protein (WPC) ) :) Let me know if you didn’t quite get that.

Also, up the level of difficulty on the cross trainer and bike. Don’t sit there for 30/60 mins taking your time. Also 30 minutes hard out, going up and down in levels is better then casually doing an hour. It not only shocks the body, but you continue to burn calories after :)

Thank you so much! That is perfect (well even better then usual) workout time! That’s what I do only 2 days per week so good work! Remember though, change it up or you’ll get bored and enjoy rest days! Also, yes I did it the right way :) and am still doing it the right way now, although it’s so much harder :( so I wish you the best of luck! And I am still trying to tone my stomach! So if you are any close to the size I was, you won’t get some crazy toned stomach until you have a lot of your fat gone. All cardiovascular activity burns fat from all over your body, ab work aids in loss specific in the abdominal area however no matter how many ab work outs you do you won’t see major results till like I said, the fat is gone! Sucks :( But with the cardio you’re doing, combined with good eating and a mixture of ab workouts you will see results undoubtedly :) Keep messaging me and let me know on your results! Well when i FIRST started, back like 2 years ago, I went to gym 5 days a week no excuses. However, I didn’t go crazy, I did some weights and classes and cross trainer and bike (never ran then) and I cut back on food, but eat no where near as good as I do now. So considering I wasn’t super strict with food, I saw results in about 6 months, but keep in mind, I wasn’t look hard for results, and I lost 10+kg in that time. If you ate well and went to gym 5 days a week or even minus gym, you’d see results within probably 4-8weeks!
